๐๐พ Hey there, I'm Dara [Broadous]!
I create solutions that make life better through the clothes people wear, the visuals they see, and the experiences they remember.
I've always paid close attention to people. Growing up across different countries and cultures made that inevitable. I can walk into a room and feel what's going on, sense where people are at, and act as a bridge to where they want to go next. That's looked like designing clothes people actually want to live in, campaigns that make communities feel seen, and spaces where real connection happens.
I currently serve as Creative Director of June's Room, an intimate, artist-curated concert series founded in Columbus, Ohio and part of June House, a creative home for connection-driven live experiences.
I've spent my career at places like Abercrombie and Fitch and Lane Bryant designing for real people, and I bring that same intention to founders and creatives building from lived experience, for communities that need it, where the impact goes beyond the finished product.
Outside of design I'm hosting Speaking in Draft, a podcast launching this year, and making things in just about every medium I can get my hands on.
If you need someone who thinks as deeply as they create, let's work together.
