FOR HER: FLOWERS OF APPRECIATION

for Abercrombie & Fitch’s “Stories of Empowerment” 2024 Women’s History Month Campaign

This Women's History Month, my design is dedicated to celebrating the women who tirelessly work towards diversity, equity, and inclusion. The centerpiece is a beautifully detailed flower stand, serving as a beacon of appreciation and acknowledgment for these incredible advocates. Adorned with select flowers like the lotus for strength, the white poppy for rest, and pink carnation for gratitude amongst others, this stand symbolizes the virtues we recognize and admire in these women. These chosen blooms, while illustrative, represent a broader palette of qualities these heroines possess and remind us of the support and replenishment they deserve. I wanted to subtly encourage these women to draw from our collective gratitude and respect, emphasizing our commitment to uplift and celebrate their indispensable efforts in creating a more inclusive society. It's a gesture of giving them their flowers now, recognizing their often overlooked contributions and the special importance of supporting and advocating for other women.
